We “Community Professionals” known as Community Champions act as  Resource Persons and Para Professionals who established Community Professional Learning and Training Center (CPLTC) in Pollanaruwa, Badulla, Hambantota and Moneragale districts. It is in the process of forming the DCPLTCs in Ratnapura and Matara/Galle districts. We established the National Community Professional Learning and Training Center (NCPLTC) in Ratnapura and registered under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007, as a Guarantee Company Limited.

District Community Professional Learning and Training Centers (DCPLTCs) operate to coordinate professional services in respective districts. NCPLTC coordinates activities of the District CPLTCs at National level.
